Jacquie Stone has been a personal training for over 8 years and has been involved in fitness her whole life. Some sports she has participated in are boxing, kickboxing, Irish dancing, line dancing, gymnastics, softball, indoor cricket, jiu jitsu, touch football, marathons, triathlons, swimming, running and more.
She has done three nutrition courses and a sports psychology course. She does not judge and motivates without yelling. If you need someone to yell at you, Jacquie is not your girl.

If you are unsure as to how to start, if you are scared, unfit and shy, that is fine. If you are over-weight or elderly, that is fine too. There is something for everyone and if Jacquie thinks she is not the trainer for you, she may refer you to a contact of hers.

This month: I'm looking for people who are overweight and willing to change their lifestyle to contact me. I can write a nutritional food plan, that is specific to you. I will come to your home and we will do exercises that won't give you a heart attack. If you train three times a week as you should, I will throw in a free weekly massage and a free use of the spa machine which helps to smooth out cellulite and takes centimetres off the body. If you just want me to write you a fitness program or if you want more information on the food you are eating, we can do that too. Jacquie
