Take for example the Pistol Squat, in other words a squat using only one leg. Use the TRX and you will be able to use your upper body strength to help you get up from the ground. The TRX will also allow you to control the movement better, ensuring you don't do the technique incorrectly and injure yourself. Then the stronger your legs get, the less upper body strength you use.
