If you know someone who is a bit older and lacks muscle tone, book them an appointment to look after their health. They will have fun and get stronger and leaner and healthier and happier.
We don't expect them to run a marathon, we don't expect them to bicep curl ten kilos and box like Rocky Balboa. We will take it easy, we can work out for 10-15 minutes at first if they like, but with our help, there can be less visits to the doctors and happier, fitter, older people.
